Our Rise For 6 program is for women age 35+ who want to improve their health and feel better in their body and mind.

The next intake starts 10th January 2022




1. 3 live workouts a week (there are 25+ on the timetable to choose from) in our Sonning studio (RG4 6ST) and/or online on Zoom. If you're training at home, weights will be needed for most sessions. In our studio all equipment is provided.

2. An on-demand library of workouts for when you can't make live sessions or to use as an addition to your 3 live workouts.

3. Support and guidance using a food tracking method on My Fitness Pal, that will help you lose body fat, build muscle, increase your energy and reduce your cravings. 

4. Personal calorie and protein targets based on your energy needs and goals, and check-ins with a nutrition coach every 2 weeks to help you stay on track.


5. You will NOT be on stupidly low calories. You will NOT have to cut out sugar, carbs, alcohol or anything else. You will NOT go hungry. This program is about balance and enjoyment of food and exercise.

6. 90+ tasty, healthy recipes including smoothies, desserts, snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinners. 

7. Weekly 1-2-1 phone/Zoom consultations available (optional), to discuss your training or nutrition progress or any queries.

8. Tons of advice, nutrition education, recipes, live Q&A's, people sharing their progress and journey inspiration in our members-only Facebook group.

9. REAL LIFE SUPPORT! Qualified coaches to help you every step of the way, through the highs and the lows. Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to results. 

10. Trackers and guides to help you monitor and reflect on your progress.

This group is amazing on so many levels. Michael & Tarryn are a fab team covering health and nutrition . The classes Michael plans are brilliant offering such variety. All classes are great fun but work us hard! Not only is a it great exercise, it’s with a fabulous group of women! I would totally recommend this group and wouldn’t be without it now!
