The next intake starts 13th September 2021

 

 

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

1. Up to 6 live workouts a week (there are 25+ on the timetable to choose from). 

2. Join us in person in our studio or outdoor bootcamps (Sonning, RG4 6ST) or live online via Zoom wherever you are in the world. We recommend doing 3-5 workouts a week to feel the biggest benefit. 

3. An on-demand library of workouts for when you can't make live sessions.

4. A 6-week nutrition plan that will help you lose body fat, build muscle, increase your energy and reduce your cravings. 

5. Personal calorie and protein targets based on your energy needs and goals, and check-ins with a nutrition coach every 2 weeks to help you stay on track.

6. Recipe books with tasty, healthy meal ideas, including smoothies, desserts, snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinners. 

7. Weekly 1-2-1 phone/Zoom consultations available (optional), to discuss your training or nutrition progress.

8. Tons of advice, nutrition education, recipes, live Q&A's, people sharing their progress and journey inspiration in our members-only Facebook group.

9. REAL LIFE SUPPORT! Qualified coaches to help you every step of the way, through the highs and the lows. Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to results. 

10. Trackers and guides to help you monitor and reflect on your progress.

This group is amazing on so many levels. Michael & Tarryn are a fab team covering health and nutrition . The classes Michael plans are brilliant offering such variety. All classes are great fun but work us hard! Not only is a it great exercise, it’s with a fabulous group of women! I would totally recommend this group and wouldn’t be without it now!
