Ladies Group PT is a small, local Sonning business, owned and run by Michael Saunders (Personal Trainer) and Tarryn Tredwell (Nutrition Coach), who are dedicated to improving the physical & mental health of women in the Reading area and across the UK.
Offering fitness classes, nutrition support & female health workshops, our members are part of an empowered & supportive community, making lifestyle changes to help them live a longer, stronger, more fulfilling life.
Our members are predominantly aged 35-55, building their physical and mental strength at a time in their lives when most think they’ve left it too late to make a change. But it's never too early or too late to work towards being the healthiest, happiest you!

Our main focus is resistance training to build strong, defined, balanced bodies, supplemented by weekly yoga, HiiT, bootcamp and boxing. Classes are live + on-demand.
Head Coach Michael has been a PT for 10+ years and built Ladies GPT from the ground up. He's supported by an amazing team of PT's - Beth, Ben & Victoria + our resident yogi Maddy.
Tarryn is a certified Nutrition Coach who has been through her own post-partum health & weight loss journey, and is passionate about helping women manage their weight and body composition to help them live a healthier, fuller, longer life.

I've never been great at sticking to any sort of exercise. I dabble for a while but soon give up. The thing I love about this is no 2 classes are ever the same so you're always learning something new. Michael and Tarryn are so welcoming and so are the rest of the ladies. I started on my own and was really nervous. Never done any exercise when I haven't had a pal to tag along with so the fact I'm still going says a lot. And the way Michael has adapted the classes during lockdown has been absolutely fab.
You need this group in your life! I’ve been a member for over 4 yrs and it has made such a difference to my life. Yes I am stronger, slimmer and fitter than ever but also happier and more chilled thanks to the regular exercise. Michael is fab, the sessions varied and for all abilities and the ladies who attend, just the best. Come join us!
I have never stuck to any exercise plan until I found Ladies Group PT. Michael and Tarryn are amazing - supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging. The workouts are always varied (I particularly love the boxing) and the other women who attend are friendly, welcoming and keep you going. I am the fittest and strongest I have ever been and now my mindset is that I will get even fitter and stronger. I cannot recommend this group enough!
