Directions:

Just off the Old Bath Rd on the A4. If coming from Reading take a left off the A4 onto Sonning Ln, take the next left onto Holme Park Farm Rd. The Rugby Club is sign posted on your right, follow the sign and drive past the nursery; you will see the rugby club.

On arrival at the club, make your way to the back of the clubhouse. You will see a green sign saying ‘Club Office’. Turn left at the sign and go through the green door. We are the first room on the right. Please arrive 10mins early for your first session.

All classes vary week to week, so if you can only attend set days, you'll still get the workouts you require each month.

The classes cover Chest, Legs, Back, Core, Cardio, HIIT Training & Team building workouts each week.

Class Timetable:

Monday – 6:30am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

Tuesday – 6:30am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

Wednesday – 6:30am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

Thursday – 6:30am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

Friday – 6:30am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

Saturday – 8:00am

All sessions are 45mins long.
